Gail Lendvoyi is an accomplished real estate professional with nearly 30 years of experience serving buyers, sellers and investors. Specializing in Brunswick County real estate, Gail has a thorough understanding of the local market and a talent for effectively guiding her clients through the real estate transaction process.

Recognizing that each transaction likely represents one of the biggest investments her clients will make, Gail views her role as an agent as a tremendous responsibility. Having earned multiple education-based real estate designations, she is known for her focus on advancing her skills, tenacious work ethic and commitment to provide her clients with positive, seamless transactions.

With a passion for the industry and an affinity for helping other people, Gail has earned referrals and trust from a substantial base of clientele. To provide her sellers with a short market time and a high sale price, she networks with her colleagues and helps them stage their homes if necessary. For buyers, Gail listens carefully to help them identify their needs and match them with the perfect home to fit their individual goals.

Licensed in both North Carolina and Michigan, Gail is a skilled negotiator with a talent for evaluating the market value and physical condition of specific properties. She has a complex understanding of the community where she lives and works, St. James Plantation, as well as extensive market knowledge pertaining to the surrounding areas of River Sea, Winding River, Palmetto Creek, Harbor Oaks, Southport and Oak Island.

Gail is a native of Michigan and a graduate of Central Michigan University, where she earned a Master’s degree in Administration. Gardening, cooking and golf are some of her passions outside of work and she has never regretted leaving the snowy winters behind in favor of hitting the links on one of St. James’ four 18-hole golf courses.

Along with real estate, serving the community is important to Gail, who found that her experience marketing properties transitioned well to raising funds for charity. She enjoys donating her time to help SOAR, Paws Place and Bikes for Kids, and she also serves as chair of the Grievance Committee for the Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors.
